At the end of November, Koper will be dedicated to outstanding extra virgin olive oils, as the Days of Young Olive Oil return.

The Days of Young Olive Oil offer a diverse programme of events, ranging from expert round tables and special menus in selected restaurants - where local olive oils take centre stage - to the announcement of the best extra virgin olive oils of Slovenian Istria.
