Mica by Grič x Istenič x neubar

For one evening, Mica by Grič and Istenič will bring together two sides of Slovenian cuisine: familiar flavours, classic recipes and traditional approaches alongside modern techniques, fermentation and fresh interpretations.

The Mica by Grič team will prepare the dishes, paired with sparkling wines from Istenič, a family-run winery in Bizeljsko whose story began in 1968. That year, Janez Istenič became Slovenia’s first private producer to make sparkling wine using the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle. Throughout the evening, the dishes and sparkling wines will explore tradition and innovation, with the interplay between the two shaping the experience. A DJ will bring these worlds together through music, setting the mood at Neubar from the first sip to the last bite.
