BioSing × Koželj Wines: Flavours in tune

This November, Koželj Wines Ljubljana will team up with dry-cured meat brand BioSing for a tasting with a difference, pairing four selected BioSing salamis with four wines and four musical stories . The inspiration is a simple visual connection: a slice of salami resembles a vinyl record. Each salami has its own character, rhythm and intensity. The hosts will help you discover a wine to complement it and a track that captures its personality in music. The guided tasting will explore how flavours, aromas, wine and music interact, and how a single pairing can engage several senses. At the end of the evening, you will also receive access to the BioSing Vinyl Session playlist , so you can keep the evening on repeat long after the last glass.
