Štrudeljfest – a celebration of strudel and rural life – is more than just a culinary festival; it is an experience of genuine homeliness, tradition and a variety of flavours.

On Sunday, 27 September 2026, from 1 pm onwards, Ivančna Gorica will become the centre of the most strudel-filled festival, bringing together Slovenian cuisine, tradition, creativity, charity and a pleasant get-together for all generations. Freshly baked, golden brown and crispy – over 70 different flavours. From classic apple strudel to contemporary culinary surprises. Rolled, leavened or puff pastry, along with sweet and savoury fillings, reflect the diversity of Slovenia’s regions, towns and people who help create Štrudeljfest. You’re all invited!
