For one evening, Center Rog is heading south. A Taste of the South is a culinary and musical journey through Latin America, with small plates introducing guests to the flavours of Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.

The event is led by Valeria Citterer, a Venezuelan visual artist and culinary workshop mentor at Center Rog, whose work brings together food, art and cultural memory. For her, food is also a way to bring cultures and people together. Music will share the spotlight with the dishes, creating a lively, festive atmosphere. Together, they will offer a taste of Latin America through its flavours, rhythms and the stories of the people behind them.
