St Martin’s Week at Altrokè

St Martin’s Week celebrates the flavours of autumn, tradition and fine wine.

Altrokè will offer a special St Martin’s feast, combining traditional St Martin’s Day flavours with Altrokè’s contemporary culinary approach. In the evenings, guests can also enjoy a special four-course St Martin’s tasting menu, created exclusively for the occasion. The menu showcases carefully prepared dishes featuring duck, seasonal produce, apples, chestnuts, red cabbage and other characteristic flavours of the season. The St Martin’s Day celebration on 6 November will be accompanied by live music. Enjoy traditional autumn flavours, a glass of fine wine and a welcoming atmosphere, with a live guitar performance adding a special touch to the evening. Menu : Cold starter: Smoked duck breast, roasted apple cream, pickled black radish, crispy kale. Warm starter: Duck-filled ravioli, green pea cream, red wine reduction, sage butter. Main course: Duck breast, mlinci (traditional Slovenian baked flatbread), brown butter, red cabbage braised in wine, chestnut purée, roasted apples. Dessert: Homemade apple strudel with house-made sauce.
